We gladly accept unopened and unused product within 30 days of the invoice date for a full exchange of the merchandise value, refunded in the original form of payment minus deductions for our shipping and handling fees.
If your online order is defective, please email us using the Contact Us form for additional instructions.
Packages must be returned prepaid. We do not accept COD. We recommend you insure the package with the shipping carrier of your choice.

You can send the merchandise back to us using any other traceable shipping method, at your expense.
Complete the Return/Exchange Form on the back of the Invoice and place the form in the box.
